Monitor legal risk in documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
- Conduct legal research.
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.
- Explain the law and give legal advice.
- Drafting and/or reviewing contracts (which includes professional service agreements, master services agreements, sponsorship agreements, procurement agreements, Distributor agreements, licensing agreement, Marketing agreements, partner agreement etc ).
- Advising on all contractual issues.
- Advise on day-to-day commercial transactions and business undertakings.
- Provide legal support in formulating T&C for various business offerings including online offerings and privacy policies.
- Review of RFP / Tender and provide inputs in consultation with other internal teams including finance and regulatory.
- Preparation of process guidelines on legal requirements.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 per week

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 65, Noida, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
