Facility Incharge

Required Facility Incharge for a Staffing Company having 1000's of employees at multiple locations of India.

Job Location: NOIDA

Graduate having minimum 5-10 years' experience of management and recruitment of Facility & Security Personnal.

Presentable with good communication skills, computer knowledge & interpersonal skills. Laptop & conveyance must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, Induction & Training of Facility, Security and Other Staff at multiple locations.
• Monitor replacement during leave or leaving job, Attendance record & prepare monthly payment.
• Site visits for motoring of work and issue of uniforms and required elements for the Security Guards.
• Managed customer accounts end-to-end.
• Data mining for Lead Generation and finding relevant contacts for Staffing in companies from different Platform (website, LinkedIn, Meetup, Hover, etc.)
• Electromechanical Systems Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance Planning, Asset Management and Performance Tracking
• SLA/KPI Monitoring & Technical Report Writing
• Maintaining All Facilities including:
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • HVAC Systems Maintenance
  • Electrical System Management (LT & HT Panels)
  • Plumbing and Civil Works
  • Energy Efficiency Optimization
  • Vendor and Contract Management (AMCs/CAMCs)
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  • Electrical Installations
• Maintaining Payroll and all statutory compliances including EPF, ESIC, Labour, Insurance, PSARA, Renewal, Pollution, etc.
• Planning for Marketing activities for business growth & expansion.
• Vendor Management-Network building with vendor and channel partners for sourcing material, manpower and machinery.
• Software implementation & updating information of daily basis in software for smooth process management.
• Serving as a link between Client, Our Sales & Recruitment Team.
• Creating MIS reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis
