CURIO CRAFTS is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to oversee our store operations within our Noida facility. We require a highly experienced individual with a minimum of five to seven years of expertise in the home decor industry and technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Maintain meticulous records of inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished products. Implement efficient inventory tracking systems to accurately monitor stock movements. Demonstrate a profound understanding of Glassware and Metalware manufacturing processes and materials. Provide technical guidance and support to staff regarding product specifications and requirements. Enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure adherence to uncompromising quality standards. Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products to identify defects or discrepancies. Oversee the maintenance and servicing of machinery and equipment used in manufacturing processes. Coordinate with the maintenance team to address technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Ensure compliance with all industrial safety regulations and standards to maintain a secure working environment. Implement and enforce safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of all staff members. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to inventory, equipment maintenance, and quality control procedures. Generate reports on key performance indicators and technical metrics for management review.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
