Position: Store Incharge
Location: Gwalior
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will be accountable for inventory management, stock control, and smooth functioning of all store-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily store operations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, issues, and returns.
- Ensure proper storage, security, and handling of materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments regarding stock requirements.
- Monitor material inward and outward movements with proper documentation.
- Prevent stock shortages and excess by ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Manage store staff, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Generate MIS reports related to stock and inventory.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as Store Incharge/Store Supervisor (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
