**Job description**

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant Store Incharge to ensure that all mess operations run smoothly. You will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store.

**Responsibilities**:
l Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

l Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

l Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

l Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**

l A minimum of 3 years experience working in a store, ideally in a managerial role.

l Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

l Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

l Excellent Computer knowledge

l Ability to work & handle demand independently

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
