Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Store Incharge. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the inventory and supplies for our real estate operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of inventory management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including office supplies, marketing materials, and property management tools.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary items in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Supply Chain Management:

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements.
- Track shipments and deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Manage the storage and organization of inventory in the store or warehouse facility.
- Implement efficient systems for tracking and distributing supplies to various departments within the organization.
- Administrative Support:

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Provide support to other departments with inventory-related inquiries or requests.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile invoices and ensure accurate billing for inventory purchases.
- Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines in the storage and handling of inventory items.
- Implement proper procedures for handling hazardous materials, if applicable.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize safety risks and hazards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inventory management or storekeeping, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.

Pay: ₹8,653.33 - ₹24,907.20 per month

Work Location: In person
