**Role Overview**

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Stores Incharge to take full ownership of stores and inventory operations at our main factory. This is a hands-on role focused on bringing structure, discipline, and visibility to material movement and stock management.

You will play a key role in implementing our ERP system (SAP Business One) and building robust processes for day-to-day inventory control.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate stock records for all inward and outward material
- Manage tagging, binning, and physical arrangement of material in stores
- Issue material to production as per indents and update records in ERP
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and Production teams for material planning
- Prepare GRNs, handle rejections, and manage return processes
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs system stock
- Define and maintain reorder levels, safety stock, and inventory master data
- Lead store discipline, 5S, and proper documentation practices

**Requirements**:

- 5-8 years of experience in a stores or inventory role in a manufacturing company
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred)
- Familiar with fabrication items, hardware, consumables, and BOM structures
- Proficient in Excel and basic stock reconciliation practices
- Reliable, process-driven, and physically hands-on
