**About the Company**:
Shree Chaitanya International is a garment manufacturing and exporting company which has been a major player in the industry for the past 25 years. It has state of the art facilities and partnered manufacturing units.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Planning the sampling with the team
- Assisting the seniors and merchants
- Collaborate with the design and product development team to understand customer requirements, trends, and specifications. Assist in creating product prototypes and samples.
- Good at sourcing and understand the buyer’s needs to offer them curated designs, swatches, etc
- Work closely with production teams to monitor the progress of garment production. Track production schedules, address production-related issues, and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinating regularly with the sampling incharge
- Coordinating with the buyers for their requirements
- Good understanding of all fabrics and processes
- Monitor and analyze production costs to maintain competitiveness in the market, do bill clearances.

**Experience**:

- Should have experience of 1 years+ in merchandising
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should have worked in an export house/ buying house
- Should be from Noida.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
