**This role will have rotational week offs and night shifts 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST to support Canadian business hours and will be an in-office role. A cab service will be provided.**

**About the Job**:
We are looking for a Digital Advertising Strategist to join Vendasta’s growing Digital Advertising team. They will be responsible for monitoring the Digital Advertising team's campaign order pipeline and coordinating the campaign creation process from start to finish. The role involves cross-functional work with graphic designers, web designers, client-facing communication, and a high level of team communication.

**Your impact**:

- Monitor campaign orders from Vendasta's marketplace.
- Ensure ad campaigns are meeting Vendasta’s quality standards.
- Own the fulfillment pipeline and ensure that orders are processed smoothly, quickly, and with good execution.
- Delegate tasks to various teams and team members to achieve campaign launch.
- Troubleshoot problems with advertising technology.
- Ensure data integrity in the campaign tracking pipeline.
- Communicate with Partners and Advertisers.
- Help to increase the level of Ad copy produced using quality assurance methodology and implementing a process for continued success.
- Recommend campaign strategy/implementation improvements as needed. Be able to explain the benefits of recommendations to clients, and make changes on the spot.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- 2+ years of experience in managing advertising campaigns.
- Strong writing skills and knowledge of the best practices for writing Ad copies and keyword research.
- Independent decision maker. Can take calculated risks and deal with ambiguity.
- Takes initiative to improve and try new things.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision within a strong team environment
- Comfortable with rapid change and few regulations.
- Positive attitude.
- An understanding of marketing funnel and choosing the right tactic based on the client's goal
- An eye for typography, composition and color with pixel-level attention to detail
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads.

- Campaign throughput - how many campaigns launched per week.
- Pipeline data integrity.
- Campaign renewals
- Campaign quality scores
