We’re looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist who can drive impactful campaigns, maximize ROI, and elevate digital growth for our clients across international markets. Role Overview As a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you will take complete ownership of end-to-end Google Ads management — from strategy to execution — across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video campaigns. You’ll be responsible for optimizing large-scale campaigns, implementing data-driven strategies, and ensuring consistent performance improvement and growth. Key Responsibilities - Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across all formats (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video). - Develop and execute strategies to drive conversions, leads, and maximum ROAS. - Conduct advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Continuously optimize campaigns through bid strategies, negative keyword management, ad copy testing, and funnel optimization. - Manage high-budget accounts ($50K+/month) with precision and performance accountability. - Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and enhanced conversions. - Scale campaigns by leveraging remarketing, seasonal trends, and data-driven insights. - Generate comprehensive performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to align ad messaging and improve landing page conversion rates. Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns. - Strong understanding of Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video Ads. - In-depth knowledge of bidding strategies, attribution models, and ROI optimization techniques. - Expertise in conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM, offline conversions, enhanced conversions). - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into action. - Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, or Measurement) preferred. - Experience with eCommerce and lead-generation campaigns will be an added advantage.
