**SEO & Ads Strategist - Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create and execute ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- **SEO & Link Building**:

- Execute daily valid link-building activities.
- Regularly post and share optimized links to improve search rankings.
- Continuously optimize website content and structure for better SEO results.
- **Google My Business (GMB)**:

- Handle GMB profile updates, posts, and responses.
- Work on improving visibility and engagement through GMB enhancements.
- **Content & Reporting**:

- Develop and implement social media plans and content calendars.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the development team to implement website improvements.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment in digital strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO and link-building techniques.
- Familiarity with GMB optimization and social media growth strategies.
- Basic knowledge of website optimization and content planning.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
