What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social, Email) aligned with our ambitious business goals.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Manage and optimize paid media budgets ($50K+/month) for maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Content & SEO:
    Oversee content strategy, ensuring high-ranking organic search performance and a strong brand voice.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Utilize advanced tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot) to track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and report performance directly to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ Years
    experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing role (corporate or agency setting).
  • Proven expertise
    in Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in turning complex data into simple, strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
