Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule, calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, follow up on action points, and represent the CEO in internal/external discussions when needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, partners, and business associates
- Ensure timely handling of documents - reviewing, organizing, filing, and following up on all paperwork, agreements, and communications.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal, financial, and business
- related information.
- Organize personal errands, reminders, events, and other non-business related tasks when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between The CEO and the internal departments, ensuring smooth workflow and timely updates.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as directed.
- Anticipate needs, proactively manage tasks, and act as a gatekeeper to manage time effectively.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
