**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the employer.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- **Communication Management**:
- Act as a liaison between the employer and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Organize and coordinate travel itineraries, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursements.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan and assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure all arrangements are made efficiently and meet quality standards.
- **Personal Assistance**:
- Assist with personal tasks such as managing household schedules or errands.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- **Time Management**:
- Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
- Monitor and remind the employer of important deadlines and commitments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
