**Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative & Executive Support**:

- Manage and maintain the employer’s **calendar, appointments, and meetings**.
- Prepare and edit **documents, reports, presentations, and briefings**.
- Coordinate and schedule **meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements**.
- Take **minutes of meetings** and follow up on action items.
- Handle **confidential documents and sensitive information** with discretion.
- Maintain **electronic and physical filing systems** for easy document retrieval.

**2. Travel & Itinerary Management**:

- Arrange **domestic and international travel**, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare **detailed travel itineraries** with all necessary information.
- Ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, tickets) are up to date.
- Handle last-minute travel changes or emergencies efficiently.

**3. Communication & Liaison**:

- Act as a **first point of contact** between the employer and internal/external stakeholders.
- Liaise with **clients, business associates, employees, and vendors** professionally.

**4. Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management**:

- Assist in **personal errands** such as shopping, event planning, and household management.
- Organize **family and social events**, including RSVPs and reservations.
- Maintain personal records, including **medical appointments, subscriptions, and memberships**.
- Manage home staff, including scheduling and supervising household employees (if applicable).

**5. Project Coordination & Research**:

- Conduct research on **business projects, travel destinations, or personal interests**.
- Assist in managing **special projects, events, and initiatives**.
- Provide summaries and insights on **industry trends, competitors, and market updates**.

**6. Financial & Expense Management**:

- Track and **manage expenses, receipts, and invoices**.
- Handle **bill payments, banking transactions, and budget reports**.
- Liaise with accountants and finance teams to ensure proper documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
