
Personal Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the CEO in managing their schedule and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the CEO.
- Participate in and manage exhibitions alongside the CEO.
- Collate and maintain customer data.
- Supervise interns/volunteers.
- Gather and organize customer feedback and testimonials.
- Onboard new vendors.
- Coordinate with the website developer to update the company website.
- Design promotional materials and write content.
- Utilize AI tools like Chat GPT and image search.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong multitasking and adaptability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- AI tool knowledge.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Internet research skills.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
