**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients for interior design and modular furniture projects.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable design and service solutions.
- Promote Urbanline’s turnkey interior solutions, highlighting, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Generate new business through cold calls, references, site visits, and online marketing.
- Collaborate with the design and execution teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client and lead data in CRM, and prepare weekly reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in interior design, modular furniture, or real estate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a creative environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: As per industry standards + Performance-based incentives
