Job Title: Data & Inventory Management Executive

Location: Bangalore - Jayanagar

Experience: Freshers - 2 years

Compensations: PF, ESIC, Accommodation, travel allowance.

Package: 13000 - 15000

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of product data, stock levels, and inventory in the system.

Inward/Outward Product Management: Handle the inward and outward movement of products, ensuring timely and accurate recording.

Stock Control: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, regularly updating inventory databases.

Courier and Logistics Management**: Oversee courier arrangements for dispatching and receiving materials, ensuring efficient delivery processes.

Material Collection: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for the collection and distribution of materials as per business needs.

Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation related to inventory, inward/outward movement, and material collections.

PMC Report Preparation: Compile and submit regular Project Management Control (PMC) reports as required, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external partners regarding inventory, product movement, and logistics.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in data management, stock control, and logistics.
- Familiarity with handling inward/outward products, material collection, and courier services.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and related software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of PMC reporting.
- Experience in a similar role within the logistics or inventory management sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
