We are currently seeking a role is to support the overall operations of store maintenance, and customer service, inbound & outbound operations, Inventory management & oracle will be adding advantage (Receiving, inspection, identifying, storing and preserving incoming materials (GRN), Maintaining accurate stock records and issuing items to user..

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times by maintaining 5S and scheduling 5S audits. Assist in setting up product displays and ensuring that they are attractive and aligned with company standards. Collaborate with the Stores Manager to implement and enforce store policies and procedures related to operations, safety, and security. Help in monitoring and maintaining equipment and fixtures to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing, ensuring accurate and timely stock replenishment. Maintain proper inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with planning team for reordering. Ensure that all products are properly labeled, stored, and organized for easy accessibility.Assist in conducting inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions.
- Assist in generating and maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data. Assist in preparing reports on stock levels, sales performance, and other key metrics. Help in maintaining proper documentation related to inventory receipts, transfers, and returns. Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth store operations and effective communication.Support other store associates in their tasks as needed, such as assisting with customer checkout, restocking shelves.

The required qualifications for the job include:
Any bachelor’s degree with Diploma in Store Management. Required 1+experience

To excel in this role, you should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important to provide excellent customer service and work effectively with the store team. Being proactive, reliable, and having a positive attitude are also key attributes for a successful Stores Executive
