_**Role**:_ **Store Executive**_

The Executive will beresponsible to ensure and organize the materials as per project wise TPL for production well in time coordinating with suppliers / Job Work Vendors and ensures timely dispatch of EDGE orders.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Responsible for receiving MRS, BOQ & Drawing /Indent from planning Fabric, Aluminium, CPU Trolley, Keyboard, General Items.
- Responsible for Checking Availability of stock in 8 HRS
- Ensure Co-ordinate with quality department for inspection after receiving goods.
- Responsible for Procurement of the above materials as per project Production/dispatch plan.
- Ensure all inward purchase bills to be authorized based on agreed prices and processing for payment.
- Checking Transportation Bills and Processing for Payments.
- Responsible for Accessories, Monitor Arm, Pencil Holders.
- Responsible Aluminium New Development.
- Responsible for all inward bills processing and handover to accounts dept. within 48 hours after GRN /MRR Verifications.
- Responsible for Edge stock maintenance e and dispatches.
- Ensure all inward purchase bills to be authorized based on agreed prices and terms
- Responsible for Follow up Monthly stock statement from different Department (Production, Maintenance, Stores, R&D, WIP Shop floor & FGT)
- Responsible for monthly stock statement verification before submit higher
- **Pre-requisites**:_
- Diploma/Degree
- Computer knowledge with good communication skills
- Knowledge in procurement and store activities.
- Must have basic knowledge to understand the drawings.
- Must handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion.

Pay: ₹25,000.83 - ₹30,000.48 per month

Schedule:
