**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- **Store Handling**:

- Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the hospital's material stores.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits to track and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Implement robust control measures to prevent theft, damage, or wastage of inventory.
- Utilize software systems to monitor and control stock movements.
- **Daily Management of Material Stores**:

- Regularly assess stock levels and generate reports for the procurement team.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand material requirements and forecast needs.
- Maintain records of goods received and issued.
- **Minimum Stock Value Maintenance**:

- Analyze usage patterns to determine minimum stock levels and reorder points.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- **Monitor and Manage Inventory Stocks**:

- Implement best practices for inventory tracking and replenishment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address stock-related issues.
- **Purchase Experience**:

- Work closely with the procurement team to identify quality vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
- Participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years or more in store management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹522,241.23 - ₹739,090.06 per year
