**Job Summary**:
As a Fashion Designer cum Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of our bridal wear rental store, combining your creative expertise with a customer-focused approach. You will design and customize bridal wear while guiding clients through the selection process to ensure they find the perfect outfit for their special day.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fashion Design**:

- Create, modify, and design bridal wear and accessories that reflect current trends and client preferences.
- Collaborate with clients for customizations, alterations, and design recommendations.
- Ensure the rental collection is well-maintained and updated with unique, stylish designs.
- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Provide personalized assistance to brides and clients in selecting bridal gowns and accessories.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- **Inventory and Display**:

- Maintain a visually appealing store layout and ensure all gowns are properly displayed.
- Track the inventory of rental items, ensuring popular styles and sizes are always available.
- Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal promotions or bridal events.
- **Client Consultations**:

- Conduct consultations to understand a bride’s vision, preferences, and wedding themes.
- Provide expert advice on fabrics, silhouettes, and styling options.
- Handle fittings, alterations, and ensure garments are delivered in pristine condition.
- **Collaboration and Innovation**:

- Work closely with the store manager and team to align sales and design strategies.
- Research fashion trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the bridal collection.
- Stay informed about customer feedback and use it to refine designs and service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in bridal or fashion retail, with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of bridal fashion, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Ability to manage alterations and minor repairs if necessary.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,840.93 per month

Schedule:
