**JD for Stores Person**:
1) Will be responsible for complete inventory management of the school.

2) Maintaining & keeping all the documents updated, related to receipts, issues & stock of materials.

3) Proper Coordination with other departments for smooth process flow.

4) Maintaining accurate records of Assets, IT items issued & received from Employees and Asset data of the school.

5) Follow-ups with team for timely delivery of materials & informing the concerned person on the same.

6) All the bills need to be submitted to the A/c’s dept on time after verification with respect to qty & price.

7) Physical Verification of materials received in the campus.

8) Complete physical stock verification of Stores stock on Quarterly basis.

9) Reconciliation of Stocks & Sales.

10) To maintain minimum inventory level of regular/moving items.

11) Maintaining profitability by avoiding / minimizing wastage.

12) Handling Point of Sales, addressing queries & submission of POS reports on the same day.

13) Warehouse Management, keeping it disciplined and easy to handle items

14) Accurate gathering data required for projections

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
