**Job Title**: Store & Inventory Executive
**Location**: Park Avenue Hotel, Bangalore
**Reporting to**: Management

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain inventory of all F&B, housekeeping, and general supplies for the hotel and restaurant.
- Monitor daily stock levels and update records in Excel or inventory software.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods with proper documentation.
- Issue materials based on approved requisitions and maintain issue logs.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to the management.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other inventory best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies.
- Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports as required.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and security of the store area.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, data entry, etc.).
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, organized, and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
