**Job Description**:
Scaled Agile, Inc. is looking for a passionate SAFe Solutions Executive - India for our high-growth, thought leadership organization. Based in India, you’ll be driving change in the Global 2000 through your work with our Partner channel of trainers and consultants, as well as directly with the Enterprises they are transforming.
India is a strong revenue and growth territory for Scaled Agile. We work with the largest global and local consulting companies and systems integrators and are enabling them to succeed with transforming customers in the region and enable them to help their customers work differently and build the future.
We already have established many solid partnerships in India and our next opportunity is to rapidly expand the adoption of SAFe in companies and Government agencies local to India. APAC is a high growth region for SAFe adoption. India is growing at a similar rate and we expect that to continue with powerful sales execution.
In this role, you will work with our Marketing team both locally and at HQ to develop and implement demand-generation strategies for the SAFe Enterprise Subscription, classes and courseware, and cultivate relationships with the Enterprises wishing to transform. You will also provide ongoing support for these Partners and Enterprises, as well as continue to build the community of SAFe trainers and practitioners through community engagement events.
You will have responsibility for the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity discovery to close as well as ongoing support and retention. You will cultivate meaningful lasting relationships ranging from Engineers to C-level Executives.
You will be a part of the local India team, and be a part of the APAC team, in this multi-faceted role and report to the India Country Manager, plus have the support of an experienced, SAFe Strategic Advisor and the full plethora of resources at Scaled Agile and the SAFe Community.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Prospect and identify target organizations to drive additional revenue and customer success strategies within the context of their Lean-Agile business transformations
- Initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations
- Work with the team to ensure our community of Enterprises are thriving, growing and renewing
- Develop ongoing communications with Partners as required to service enterprise customers
- Support agile and industry events, meetups and conferences for increased SAFe brand awareness through networking and occasionally speaking
- Support the development and growth of the SAFe community of practice by getting more enterprises engaged in the lean-agile community
- Ability to travel up to 40%, COVID permitting. This is a field sales role and you’re expected to be with clients as needed to architect and sustain their transformations.
**Qualifications**:
**Skills and experience that are important for the role**:
- 10+ years successful sales experience in complex Enterprise sales environments ideally leading complex technology and/or services sales
- Experience working with a partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth in customers.
- Experience of or a strong understanding of selling transformational and Organizational Change Management services is highly desirable
- Experience with Agile and articulating its benefits with knowledge of SAFe knowledge highly desirable
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets with a solution-focused approach
- Experience working with a partner ecosystem and the ability to work internally with partner development and enablement
- Ability to produce tactical account plans which demonstrate a strategic approach to account growth
- Familiarity with SPIN, Huthwaite, Challenger Sales or other Enterprise sales methodologies
- Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools and an appreciation for data integrity.
