Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Financial Management: − Quotations and Invoices: Prepare accurate quotations and invoices for clients.
Ensure timely issuance and follow-up to facilitate smooth financial transactions. − Payments and Payment Structures:
Manage the payment process, including structuring payment plans and ensuring timely payments. −
Ledger Management: Regularly review and update ledger entries to maintain accurate financial records. −
Expense Tracking: Maintain petty cash expense sheets, update financial records, and ensure accurate tracking of all expenses.
Collection: Collect and manage all relevant documents from new joiners, ensuring compliance with company policies.
− Managing files
- Manage and arrange files - Client and Affiliate Coordination:
− Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on services.
− Affiliate Coordination: Work closely with affiliates to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication.
− Project Management: Maintain and update project sheets to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
− Accounting Data: Share relevant accounting data with the accountant to facilitate accurate financial reporting.
− Trademark Status: Monitor and check the status of trademarks on a monthly basis to ensure compliance and address any issues. Requirements: − Experience: Fresher can apply
− Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. − Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. − Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. − Educational Background: BBA, BBA, BCOM
