Sales Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting products/services, and closing sales to achieve business targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
