**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and approach potential customers such as retailers, wholesalers, and other businesses to promote and sell Bolwful's products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular visits, communication, and follow-up.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on the features and benefits of Bowlful's products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies that will enhance sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as customer service, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and participate in regular sales meetings to update management on territory performance and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in FMCG (Ready to eat), preferably within a distributorship.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
