**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - Accounting Services

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients (businesses, startups, SMEs, individuals) who require accounting, bookkeeping, GST, income tax, and related financial services.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and meetings to understand client needs and offer suitable service packages.
- Maintain and expand the client database through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the internal accounting team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, or events to promote the firm’s services.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in financial or professional services.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, taxation, and compliance (basic knowledge is acceptable).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively for client meetings.
