- Conduct **market surveys**, collect customer insights, and identify opportunities to improve sales and service experience.
- Visit **residential societies, local communities, and marketplaces** to promote the company’s subscription model and acquire new customers.
- Educate potential customers on the **value and benefits of subscription services**, driving sign-ups and revenue growth.
- Handle **on-ground customer interactions** including inquiries, objections, and issue resolution to ensure a positive customer journey.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with customers, society representatives, and local stakeholders** to drive long-term growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams including **Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support** to execute field campaigns and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain and update **sales data, lead trackers, performance reports, and MIS** using tools like **Excel/Google Sheets**.
- Achieve assigned **sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks** within defined timelines.
- **Education**: Graduate/12th Pass (Any discipline)
- **Experience**: Fresher to 6 years (Field sales, marketing, FMCG, subscription-based sales, or logistics preferred)
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work independently and handle **field challenges** effectively.
- Familiarity with **MS Excel/Google Sheets** for maintaining reports.
- Should be **goal-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused**.
- Willing to **travel extensively within the city** for field activities.
