Roles and responsibilities:
Guide on legal matters specific to the business's needs.Review contracts, offer legal opinions, negotiate on the business's behalf,Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, subsidies and policies by the governmentAdvise on a range of issues, including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, and legal complianceCommunicating and coordinating with other affiliates on the legal workCommunicating with the client concerning legal aspects or document requirementsGathering information and conducting research for client projectsPreparing presentations and reportsAssisting with filings to regulatory bodiesMaintaining company statutory recordsMonitoring legal and regulatory changes

Qualifications:
Strong in communications and follow-upsStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareUnderstanding of company law and corporate governance principlesCompany Secretary fresher-
