- **Leading the kitchen team**: Supervising and coordinating the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff
- **Setting and maintaining goals**: Establishing and supporting kitchen goals, such as performance, budget, and team goals
- **Ensuring quality**: Ensuring food quality and presentation, and following standardized menus
- **Managing food costs**: Controlling food costs and minimizing waste
- **Maintaining sanitation**: Ensuring high sanitation, personal hygiene, health, and safety regulations are maintained
- **Training**: Ensuring consistent training for culinary colleagues
- **Liaising with management**: Liaising with management, restaurant supervisor, and catering coordinator for daily menu planning and events
- **Purchasing and inventory**: Inspecting all fridge/freezer/dry storage areas while supervising all product purchasing, inventory, stock rotation, and cost controls

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Work Location: In person
