
Personal Secretary

**Location**: Pathanamthitta (Primary) Kochi (Secondary) - Must be able to coordinate with Kochi & Dubai offices as required. Travel & accommodation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
**Executive Assistance & Coordination**:
- Serve as the **key link between management and various departments** within the company
- Manage the **daily schedule, appointments, and correspondence** for senior executives.
- Coordinate and facilitate **meetings, conferences, and client interactions**.
- Prepare **agendas, presentations, and reports** for internal and external meetings.
- Act as the **point of contact** between executives and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
**Travel & Event Management**:
- Arrange and manage **travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics of CMD or Director Board** for business trips.
- **Attend corporate events, business meetings, and networking sessions** representing the company.
- Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings with relevant documentation and insights.
**Office & Administrative Support**:
- Handle **confidential documents** and maintain an organized filing system.
- Oversee the preparation of **reports, contracts, and business proposals**.
- Monitor and follow up on pending tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support with **HR, finance, and operational coordination** as needed.
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- **Freshers with exceptional skills** and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
**Technical & Professional Skills**:
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create **professional presentations and reports**.
- **Knowledge of business operations, finance, and administration**.
- Familiarity with **AI tools like ChatGPT** for content generation and communication.
- **Multitasking and time management skills** to handle multiple responsibilities.
