**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before, during, and after service.
- Provide detailed information on menus, suggest specials, and offer recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure food and beverages are served in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in the preparation and clearing of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or proven experience as F&B Service Staff or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel or large restaurant.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
