Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista Bartender to prepare and serve a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages including specialty coffee mocktails fresh juices and milkshakes The ideal candidate should have a flair for customer service excellent knowledge of ingredients and the ability to create visually appealing and tasty drinks in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Barista Duties Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages espresso cappuccino latte americano cold brew etc Maintain and operate coffee equipment espresso machine grinders milk frother etc Customize drinks as per guest preferences and dietary requirements Ensure coffee station is clean well-stocked and organized at all times Bartender Duties Non-Alcoholic Mix and serve a variety of mocktails smoothies shakes and fresh juices Create visually appealing drink presentations according to restaurant standards Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency Recommend beverages to guests and upsell special drinks and combos Maintain bar counter hygiene and glassware cleanliness Keep track of beverage inventory and notify management of shortages Additional Responsibilities Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols FSSAI compliance Assist in training junior staff or trainees if required Ensure timely preparation of drinks during rush hours Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Barista and or Bartender in a cafe restaurant or hotel Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and mocktail recipes Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail Friendly energetic and guest-oriented personality Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts Basic POS handling and billing knowledge preferred Good communication skills Hindi required basic English preferred Preferred Qualifications Certification in Barista or Beverage Training preferred but not mandatory Prior experience in a fast-paced high-volume cafe or restaurant Creative flair for new mocktail and coffee recipes is a plus Work Schedule Rotational shifts including evenings weekends and holidays Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and skill Staff meals and uniforms provided Performance-based incentives Career growth and internal promotion opportunities About ZOCA Cafe ZOCA Diner ZOCA is a modern youth-focused cafe and diner concept offering a wide range of multi-cuisine dishes beverages and a vibrant ambiance As a Barista Bartender you ll be a key part of enhancing guest experience through world-class drinks and service Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
