**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of the head chef or kitchen manager.
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits.
- Measure and prepare ingredients as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food storage areas.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and notify management of shortages.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Assist in the plating and presentation of dishes.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or proven experience as Kitchen Staff or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel or large restaurant kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
