Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef who can manage our kitchen and prepare high-quality Continental and Chinese dishes. The chef will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental and Chinese dishes
- Plan menus and ensure food quality and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff and assign daily duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Control food costs and reduce waste
- Order and manage kitchen inventory
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Continental and Chinese cooking
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen
- Culinary diploma or relevant training preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
