**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment according to standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering menu questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and guest areas.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to company quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Replenish stock such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and takeaway supplies.
- Support the café team with general tasks including dishwashing, restocking, and opening/closing duties.
- Stay updated on new menu items and seasonal promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a café/restaurant environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Barista certification or coffee training (e.g., SCA, Latte Art).
- Passion for coffee and interest in learning more about specialty brews.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
