**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Customer Support & Social Media Executive** to assist international customers with daily coordination, admin support, and social media management. This role requires strong English communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to client enquiries, provide updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage admin tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records in systems (Google Workspace / MS Office / CRM).

**Social Media Support**:

- Schedule, edit and post content provided by customers.
- Coordinate with designers/content creators for updates.
- Monitor social media pages for engagement and flag queries back to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in Customer Support or Social Media Support roles.
- Excellent written and spoken **English** (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace/CRM.
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
- Prior experience supporting international clients (Australian/overseas) is an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
