Job Title: Customer Support Executive

**Location**: Alkapuri, Vadodara
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries politely and professionally
- Take regular customer feedback
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Coordinate with internal teams if needed to resolve complex issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Polite and gentle speaking tone
- Ability to handle phone calls and customer interactions efficiently
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in customer support (preferred, not mandatory)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/10/2025
