**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Name: Customer Associate**

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Willingness to work in rotational shift**

Eligibility Age Criteria: Age: 18 - 35 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma
- or 10th +2 years of ITI
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound calls.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Update call logs and maintain records in the system.

**Shift Timings**:
**Language Proficiency Requirement & Salary (CTC)**:

- **Hindi + Basic English** - Up to ₹**15,500 CTC** (Including PF & ESIC)
- **Marathi + Basic English** - Up to ₹**17,500 CTC** (Including PF & ESIC)
- **English Proficiency** - Up to ₹**20,000 CTC** (Including PF & ESIC)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
