**Key Responsibilities**:

- Need 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Analyst.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
- Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks and hardware problems. Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
- Maintain a working log detailing, all required system updates and the completion date. Experience in working with any ticketing system.
- Additional responsibilities based on the position.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support.
- Strong Problem-Solving skills.
- Education background in IT.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of the Ticketing system.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
