**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential students through walk-ins, online inquiries, and other sources.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility criteria, and the admission process.
- Address queries promptly to enhance interest and trust.
- **Conversion to Admissions**:

- Guide prospective students and their families throughout the decision-making process.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain and update lead tracking systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on lead conversion rates and admission statistics.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing teams to support promotional activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
