As an Admission Counselor for our preschool, you will be the first point of contact for parents and guardians seeking enrollment for their children. Your primary responsibility will be to guide prospective families through the admissions process, providing them with information about our preschool's programs, curriculum, and facilities. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for families and facilitating the enrollment process from initial inquiry to registration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Welcome and greet prospective families who visit the preschool for inquiries or tours.
- Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for families during their visit to the preschool.
- **Admissions Process**:

- Conduct tours of the preschool facility for prospective families, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Explain the preschool's programs, curriculum, policies, and procedures to parents, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to admissions.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective families, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager and teaching staff to ensure a seamless transition for enrolled students.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, tours, and admissions in the preschool's database or enrollment management system.
- Generate reports and analyze data related to admissions trends, conversion rates, and enrollment projections.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract prospective families to the preschool.
- Represent the preschool at community events, fairs, and other outreach opportunities to promote enrollment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing exceptional service to families.
