What You'll Do

  • Guide students and job seekers with personalized career counseling sessions
  • Create customized action plans aligned with their strengths and goals
  • Drive strategic outreach to meet sales targets and promote educational offerings
  • Collaborate with HR and faculty to facilitate internships and placements
  • Stay ahead of market trends to advise on industry-relevant pathways
  • Lead initiatives like career fairs, employer outreach & alumni networking
  • Keep records updated for leads, feedback, and counseling progress

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a heart for helping others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Career Counseling or B2C Sales

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month, with attractive incentive schemes
