**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed information to students and parents regarding NEET courses, coaching programs, admission criteria, and career opportunities.
- Conduct in-person and telephonic counseling sessions to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and follow up with leads generated through various marketing activities and referrals.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, workshops, and other promotional events.
- Support the admissions team in achieving monthly and annual admission targets.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of new students.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any discipline (Science background preferred).
- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience in NEET admission counseling or similar educational counseling roles is mandatory.**:

- Strong knowledge of NEET exam patterns, requirements, and medical career pathways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
- Ability to handle targets and work in a dynamic, result-oriented environment.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
