**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate **NEET Admission Counsellor** to join our team. The counsellor will play a key role in guiding and supporting students and parents throughout the admission process, providing accurate information about our NEET programs, and ensuring smooth enrolments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding NEET courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, incoming calls, and online inquiries effectively and convert them into admissions.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain systematic communication until successful enrollment.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions in schools or educational fairs when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and follow-up status.
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to achieve admission targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on admissions progress.
- Address queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support in creating promotional materials and content when needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in NEET counseling or admissions; NEET-related experience **preferred**.
- Strong understanding of NEET exam structure, preparation strategies, and student concerns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil and English proficiency preferred).
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle targets effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
