**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented NEET Admission Counsellor to guide and support prospective students throughout the admission process. The counsellor will play a key role in converting leads into admissions, providing accurate information about our NEET courses, and helping students make informed decisions about their medical career path.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel and guide students and parents about NEET courses, admission processes, fee structures, and career opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads received through various channels (calls, walk-ins, online, references).
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students' needs and assist them in choosing suitable courses.
- Handle admission-related documentation and maintain accurate student records.
- Achieve assigned admission targets within given timelines.
- Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and open house sessions to promote Vari Medical Academy.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong, positive relationship with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on admission status and target achievement to management.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for backgrounds in science or education
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in NEET or medical coaching admissions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
