**Position**: Overseas Admission Counsellor
**Location**: 66/2, Masakalipalayam Rd, Peelamedu, Balan Nagar, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641004

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, including program selection, universities, and countries.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial situations to recommend suitable options.
- **Admission Process Management**:

- **Visa and Financial Documentation Support**:

- **Information Dissemination**:

- Stay updated on global education trends, admission requirements, and university partnerships.
- Conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate students about international education options.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and partner institutions abroad.
- Act as a liaison between students and institutions, ensuring smooth communication.
- **Follow-Up and Reporting**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in counseling, education, or international studies is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with study destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Knowledge of visa processes and admission requirements.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
