**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele caller & Admission Counsellor to join our academic team. You will play a key role in guiding students and parents through our NEET, JEE, and tuition programs, helping them make informed decisions about their academic journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote NEET, JEE, and tuition courses
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, and fees
- Counsel students based on their academic background, goals, and interests
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records using CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with faculty and admin teams for smooth admission and onboarding
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and admissions

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil. (Hindi, Urdu is a plus).
- Ability to build rapport and counsel students effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
- Prior experience in tele calling, counselling, or education sales is preferred
- Knowledge of NEET, JEE, and school-level academics is a plus
